The bounce back is real. Share your bounce back story with Penda James on The Resilience Project. Talk about your favorite declaration or statement of affirmation that helped you make it through a difficult time. Your declaration might be something like, "I am unpluckable," "I am resolute," "I am still standing." There are three main questions we will discuss: 1.) How do you define ________________? 2.) How has ________________ been a thread throughout your life? 3.) What do you want people to know about ________________? Depending upon your declaration, the questions may be a little different, but everyone has the same questions.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal of the reserved services or $125, whichever is more. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
